Sunday School- ‘Jigsaw’
JIGSAW (Jesus is Great Super Awesome Wonderful) is a Children’s Ministry, for ages P1-P7, that meets every Sunday during the service. Using Scripture Union material, children are discovering more about the Bible in an exciting and fun way. JIGSAW completely embraces Proverbs 22:15–“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.”
Listed below are various events throughout the year as well as meeting weekly on Sundays:
Kids in Mission – about every 6 weeks, the children are lead through the Kids in Mission programme.
Monday Kids Club – A kid’s club that meets every week–but on Monday! Kids are able to enjoy a mixture of games and bible teaching. Bring your child in every Monday from 6:30pm-7:45pm! Cost is £1 per child.
Renee Anderson heads up the Children’s Ministry here at Erskine Church of the Nazarene. When first arriving to the task, Renee organised and motivated a team of helpers who would be willing to volunteer within the Children’s Ministry and has been greatly overwhelmed by the amount of support that JIGSAW has received. The JIGSAW team are a group of dedicated people who are committed to teaching the children in their care about Jesus and the love He has for them.
High School Lunch Club- ‘Connect’
Experience the thrill of interacting with friends, meeting new friends and taking time out of the day to catch up over some lunch. For the more energetic, various sports are provided to keep people active. For more information on ‘Connect’, visit our dedicated Youth Ministry website ‘Fusion’
